No execution is promised without specialist assessment. Structural capacity, reinforcement, utilities and fire protection are matters for responsible specialists. Sealing, fire stopping, disposal and making good require separate agreement.
The enquiry should establish feasibility, responsibility and scope. Execution and timing can be agreed on a binding basis only afterwards.
Area alone is not enough for a reliable estimate. Construction stage, materials, soiling, access, timing and agreed extras affect the work involved. A site visit or further details may be needed; the price is set in the specific quote.
