What to include with the address
- Include the postcode, building section, floor and any courtyard or separate site entrance. An available contact person helps with arrival.
- Describe parking, unloading, lift dimensions, stairs and transport routes. Assign responsibility for any access or stopping permits in advance.
- In occupied or partly used buildings, clearly define cleaning zones, protected areas and permitted working hours.
Agree dates that fit the site
- State preferred dates separately from fixed handover deadlines. Availability and possible time slots are confirmed after assessment.
- For multiple buildings, floors or construction sections, provide separate area lists to help plan the sequence of visits.
