The proposed work depends on the actual site condition and intended use. These points help you discuss a concrete enquiry with KnaBa.
A shared understanding of the work
- Which construction section is complete, what work continues and when is handover planned? This sequence determines the appropriate cleaning date.
- Describe the cleaning by room, material and residue. Include special requirements and excluded work in the same agreement.
- Clarify access, the site contact and inspection date together. An enquiry alone does not automatically place an order.
Focus and limits
- Construction cleaning and site support can be requested to suit the project. The specific scope is agreed for each site.
- Core drilling, openings and other technical work are enquiries for assessment. Responsibility, qualifications, approvals and a contract must be established before execution.
